We offer free collection, from our centre, and paid delivery options.
Our 'Standard' Delivery option is Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Our 'Express' Delivery option is Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class
As a charity, we strive to keep our costs and low as possible, therefore we do not hold much stock. This means that orders are printed on demand once an order has been placed. Therefore it may take 1-2 weeks for standard delivery.
This also means we are able to offer customisation for most items, this may incur an extra charge. We can order alternative colours, or we can print/embroider a name to personalise an item. We hope you are happy with your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange, or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be returned with 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise number. After receiving a RM number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return postage charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
